• We’re sorry but for the safety of the oven and of the works of other students, we can’t allow  products that are not produced at Studio Avenir.

• It is a possibility for technical errors to occur during the production of pottery. This is perfectly normal for all pottery professionals and students. Even if every broken or cracked piece breaks our hearts, we can not take responsibility for them.

• To deliver finished products in a set timeframe, all students are kindly requested to comply with the Studio’s guidelines for oven use. Firing oversize products may be subjected to surcharge.

• The purchase of a 4-class pack automatically reserves 4 consecutive classes. Students can postpone/reschedule 1 class in the pack with a 24-hour prior notification. We have limited capacity and would like to be fair to all our students. Therefore, with a heavy heart, we have to charge for no-shows and cancelations of under 24 hours. So please come or let us know in advance!
